Kasty Android 4.1 20130325 custom firmware installed on Pipo S1 tablet

Here is the easiest to do the update: 

1. Download Kasty Android 4.1 20130325 custom firmware from here or from here. Extract the firmware .img file to your desktop.

2. Put your Pipo S1 in 'firmware update mode'. 

3. Run Rockchip Batch Tool v1.6, select the proper image .img file from your desktop, and after your device is found by the program, press the 'Restore' button and wait for 2-3 minutes to finish.

Kasty Android 4.1 20130325 custom firmware has the following features: 

- root with latest SuperSU version 1.25 (free version) 

- removed most Chinese and unnecessary applications 

- increased space for application (/data partition) to 2 GB
